I also am in no rush to get this done, so I don't mind learning how to do everything. Take a look at some of the early trailers, most of everything has been removed or dramatically changed. Not to mention that I am constantly going back and changing/improving/removing things all the time. I don't want others to have to rely on my sporadic schedule. This mainly stems from the fact that I work on this game at my own pace, usually very slowly and randomly. The images at the top of the post are outdated, but I don't have anything to replace them with at the moment.Īnd for clarification, I work alone on this project and I actually don't want help from others.

Since the last time I posted, I've released two more trailers and a preview of the first world in the game that I uploaded last week. Here are some of the images I've released in the last year: Everything you saw in the trailer will most likely be altered or even completely removed by the time the final release comes, so I don’t want to show too much. I like to keep things secret, not just because I want there to be surprises when you actually play the game, but because I am constantly changing things left and right. For now, check out the trailer to see what’s new! The game will have at least as many worlds as the original game, and the rest will depend on whether or not future Banjo’s Backpack updates include new tools and features. How many worlds will there be? What will be new? Is there a new story? Besides that, spreading the word about the game always helps! But that won't be for a very long time as I need to feel like I have a good chunk of the game done first. I’m not looking for any help on the project, but I might be looking for someone to help with music in the future.

Here are some faqs I posted when I first announced the project a year and a half ago: I post image updates to my Twitter, but I'll add them to this topic the next time I login. Things are constantly changing within the hack, so what you see in the trailer, especially the first one, has either been greatly altered or removed completely. Since then I have released three trailers, and I plan to release a third in July (one every six months). I've been working on this hack little by little for two years now.

The game is still early in development, but enjoy the trailers below for a sneak peak! The game will use objects and collectibles from the original game, but will feature brand new worlds and all new music. The game was praised by critics and hated by fans, likely because the game played differently than the previous games.Banjo-Kazooie Returns is a fan made hack based off the original Banjo-Kazooie. Rare tried again to make a Banjo game, and eventually released Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts for Xbox 360 published by Microsoft. Banjo runs after the world, then crashes into the wall, and the trailer ends. Banjo uses Kazooie to destroy the door, revealing a massive world of Jiggys, Music Notes, and Honey Comb Pieces.
